Hawkeye Buggies is owned and operated by Neil Decker. With 29 years experience in working on VW engines and sandrails Hawkeye is capable of all your buggy needs. He started out tinkering and building for himself and the for friends. Now he enjoys building custom chassis and sandrails to fit the customer and thier needs. It can be as simple or as detailed as each person would like. Instead of an assemble line chassis these will fit the hieght, wieght and length requirments of each customer because they are designed for them.
